"Welcome to Bensonhurst, Chungking is bringing authentic Chinese food to a place that is full of Americanized Take out spots. All of their dumplings are top notch full of juice, cooked perfectly and full of meat, this includes Steamed Pork Dumplings to Wonton in Chili Oil as well as the Veggie Dumplings. They have a lot of focus on Seafood specials with unique items like the Fillets of Fish with Pickled Cabbage, Steamed fish with Jalapenos, Seafood and Tofu pot as well as Braised Sliced Fish. While we are not big fans of bitter melon, the waitress suggested we try it with the green pepper and wow, thankfully we did. If you are in the mood for something really good, it's a bit spicy go for the Live Fish in hot Chili Sauce. Their fried foods are flash fried under high heat, so they do not absorb as much oil as regular frying does. Other dishes we enjoyed include the Cumin flavored beef and chicken mix, very good overall."
