General Terms
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WhereYouEat regarding your use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
