"The food is AMAZING and not the same ol' stuff you find everywhere else. The decor is not your cookie cutter restaurant feel rather a refreshing take on rustic / industrial. The staff are inviting and eager to make you happy. Can't wait to try everything on the menu !!"

"Not really sure what kind of reviews I'm reading here, "now opened", "the menu looks lovely" and "there should be beagles and lox on the menu" are hardly a review of the offerings. I stopped in on opening day with the family, fully expecting all of the problems tha come on opening day, but I really wanted to try this place. The wait staff and managment were very welcoming and accommodating. While the kitchen was a little backed up, the manager, Jared, was a great host and came by often to see that everyone was happy. We had the "Smores" hot chocolate, A must try for Smores lovers The blazing blueberry waffle with lemon ricotta was wonderful. All of the egg dishes were well prepared and presented. I beleive that if they keep up the service and quality, this place will be a hit. I'm going back in a couple of weeks. I think it will be even better, once the kitchen staff gets up to full speed. I would recommend you give this place a try."

"Stopped in this weekend. The food and atmosphere were great. A really nice change from the current diners and Deli's on the south shore. I would guess that the reason that they are not offering bagels / lox as one of the other reviews mentioned, is that they are a new concept. The previous two or three Deli's that did not survive at this location were just serving the same food you can get in any deli /bagel store while competing with the pizza place next door for lunch and dinner. This concept provides a much better balance and will eliminate most of the competition between the two businesses. Its a unique menu, and I don't believe that bagels belong here. There are hundreds of bagel stores on the island that serve breakfast. This place needs to follow a different path. Project Brunch will serve breakfast and "brunch" while the pizza place will deal with Lunch and dinner. Its a win win for everyone. I'm going back again."

"Haven't had the opportunity to eat there yet -- but one helpful tip!!! -- Employees that answer the phones need to be a little more professional and friendly when asked about directions and availability."

"90 minute wait and then served on disposable plastic plates Really What full service restaurant doesn't use real dishes The place needs to work on staff training, proper seating, don't sit 2 people at a table for 4 when there's a full restaurant and a 90 minute wait Kitchen staff, food delivered missing stuff mentioned on the menu And.... Presentation, While most of the food looks great, serving it on a plastic plate diminishes the experience. I want this place to succeed, but when the novelty wears off, the customers will begin to disappear if they don't correct these issues"

"Hands down the best breakfast food I've ever eaten. I went with my mother and she got the breakfast oatmeal with a seasonal fruit cup and I had the steak and eggs with the chimichuri sauce. We also had the cosmic brownie frozen hot chocolate which was to die for. And the coffee was amazing and I loved that we had a whole pitcher just for our table. The food came out quickly and the steak was amazing. I would definitely come back and try the amore waffle. Definitely worth the wait!!! Staten Island needed a place like this!"

"My husband and I were sick for two days after eating here. I think they must use too much of an oil/butter base on the grill to cook the eggs. My kids tried the specialty hot chocolate, it looked better than it tasted, all flare and not very tasty."

"Just had breakfast and it was so hot in there it felt like a sweat shop. I feel sorry for the employees which had sweat rolling off their foreheads. Food was good but I should of listened to my gut and walked out as soon as I felt the heat inside the restaurant."
