I paid with a credit card and the receipt didn't include the tip that my husband put on his card, so the driver, who couldn't ring the bell, who had to call me to let me know he was infront of my house, got a really good tip."

"Very clean and the large cheese was very good- sauce and cheese are not greasy or salty like many other places with their "special" large cheese pies. It is across from the West Brighton Post office and has off street parking- so its more convenient than a lot of other places in West Brighton."

"Overall, I give this place 5 stars. I am very fussy about pizza and take out food in general. I ordered a sausage pie and a pepperoni pie wextra cheese and a very thin crust. I am more concerned with enjoying what I order than price, though price should be put in the equation with the economy the way it is. My first reaction with the sausage pie was that they use chunks of real sausage, rather than the ground pork a lot of places are doing now which I personally think is horrilble and not even sausage, in fact it reminds me of ALPO. The chunks of sausage were a bit crisp from sitting high on the pie, which only made them more tasty. Then I opened the pepperoni with extra cheese. Here is a very real review of my feel on that one, because that one was mine. The pie had just the right amount of sauce, not dry at all, pleanty of cheese, pretty good quality cheese too, but not much pepperoni for the price of $2.50 per topping. The crust wasn't thin enough for my taste, as i did ask for a very thin crust but in their behalf, I did get a call from them to find out if I was happy with what I bought and they cared and listened to my critique which says a lot for a pizzera these days."

"I order from this location all the time but today was the last time. If a patron calls for delivery close to your closing time, the order they place is as important as the first one. Things were left our the oreder isn't right and there is no sauce on the pasta. Just disrespectful."

"The best specials on the North Shore! $5 Heroes are bigger than $9 heros at other places, and it's fresh, and clean the place constantly has good specials on display and the pizza is yummy"

"The rudest pizza maker, hope he's not the owner. Usually order a few times a month and for parties. Went in to pick up two pies this time since I was driving by. Watched him be curt to every customer who came in. Was appalled and wondered if he was racist as they all African American. Rang me up and was charged dollar more than giant sign over store. Thoght maybe he forgot day was weds , since sign says mon- weds. He snidely remarked sign was old and took my $. I said I think you still need to honor the giant sign on building. He ignored me and handed me a menu said this is the price and turned away. I said so I guess your not honoring your advertised prices then u need to update Ur sign or charge that price. He angrily went into register and took a dollar. I left it in tip jar and deleting their # from phone. His obnoxiousness cost them a customer. Ordering from Billy's pizza from now on,"
