"The staff is very friendly, always very clean inside, the quality of the fish is very high. Reasonably priced, great for family dining or a nice quiet date.

Me and my husband and my daughter eat sushi at least once a week, we just moved to Tottenville and desidede to try mizu, in one of my roled I have found a huge sharp bone I mean huge .
So just becareful when you eat there."

"Mizu is the best Japanese restaurant on the South Shore. The wait staff is wonderful and if you don't see it on the menu, they're happy to listen to and meet your request. Fresh and delicious."

"This place has gotten better and a lot nicer inside. There are maybe three servers who are actually good and been there for awhile. I love going on the hibachi side and getting hibachi steak with veg and fried rice. When it comes right off it tastes so fresh and good. I love this place so much and will continue to come here for many more years."

"We have tried nearly every sushi restaurant on the South Shore including the recently opened Fushimi which gave us food poisoning - straight back to Mizu where it is consistently good fresh good food. Their Hibachi is also a great choice for any occasion - very good price for the premium quality food they serve."
