"This is a restaurant with a homely feel, a good feature that one can see in the food. Some of the good food that I've tried there over the couple of times that I've been there is the Western omelet which is made with ham, green peppers and onions. I also like so much that they make fresh baked waffles, I like how crispy that they are. One which I find to be the best is the waffle with ice cream, bananas and whipped cream and nuts. Their triple decker sandwiches are really a world of flavors because they've got a little bit of everything and it's like a good explosion of good tastes in the mouth. The sandwich that I liked the most is the grilled ham and american cheese with lettuce and tomato sandwich. "From the carving board" I picked the roast beef which was crispy on the outside yet medium rare and soft on the inside just like I had ordered it and was really tasty. I also liked the Shrimp Cocktail appetizer the Soup Du Jour and the cobb salad made of avocado mixed greens and chicken strips all as good condiments. The Provolone Burger was out of this world and the mashed potato side order was exquisite. For the dessert I would pick the pecan pie. The Florentine chicken plate of boneless breast of chicken in egg with sauteed spinach served with baked potatoes was one of a kind chicken. And the Orangeade beverage is really innovative and quite refreshing. The homemade pound cake was a delight."
