"Finally tried G-Knows after waiting for a long time it finally opened. We tried two items the regular Cheesesteak and the Chicken Cheesesteak, the bread was soft and the sandwich was large, both sandwiches were great, wonderful to have this place in the neighborhood but I do have a suggestion, Cheesesteak places should keep hot peppers available on display, and the full round ones preferably not the little cut one's, and they should be available as a free side just as much as onions and pickles. That would make this place a treat. Thank you G-knows, will be back soon!"

"G definitely Knows Cheesesteaks!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy that I tried this place. Proud PA girl here, it was like having a little taste of home...finally a decent cheesesteak on Staten Island the roll wasn't hard there was actually meat on the sandwich and oh great gods of the WIZ... the only thing missing was some perogies for the side.... but other than that it is a must have !!!!!!"
