"Is a good place to be, has got a nice posh ambiance. The business has been operation since. This restaurant has been open since 1985, this tells a lot about the experience of the owners, managers and experience of the staff members in the food experience. This is also a good reflection on the quality of food and on the service also. For anyone coming to to Embers for the first time I would recommend the Ember's special antipasto appetizer made of grilled eggplant, marinated artichokes, roasted peppers, aged provolone, hot coppa, prosciutto di parma, hot sopressata, fresh mozzarella, gaeta olives and crostini, which is really a mouthful of good flavors and tastes that are mind blowing. The Main course of filet of lemon sole embers made of shrimp, mussels, and olives was really good also with Saute Green Beans, White Wine and Shallots. The fried fish sandwich made of beer battered filet of sole, house blend tartar sauce, brioche bun, was a one of a kind sandwich. I also enjoyed the roasted pork chop smokey chile cascabel sauce, fennel and plums. Good place to dine."
