"Ordered lunch today for delivery at work we work in a school and have assigned lunch from 12-1 the girl who answered said it would be about 40 min delivery but the food didnt come til 115. Not only was it late but it was wrong! Ordered a wrap for one teach and got a hero- ordered 2 iced teas only received one, asked for sauce on the side of our panini and got none! Will not be ordering again from here."

"Okay here it goes my first whereyoueat review... Ciros pizza is good, slices great but overpriced unreal. Slices are so tiny thin crunch yes that's a good thing, but nearly $3 for a tiny piece of toast with sauce and cheese is just heart wrenching, I'm not cheap but things should just be priced accordingly I will eat again but for the size two dollars is more realistic."

"I was a steady customer for many years and 2 months ago I ordered a large sausage pie well done and paid the $18.80 and waited at the counter for it. After 12 minutes or so my pie came out of the oven and was cut and boxed and as the server was to take to me at the counter the guy supervising the operation told the guy to put my pie on the top of the oven and give me an old one laying there for a long while. I could of argued but I am a gentleman and took the old pie and left then when I got home had to throw the old dried pie in the trash, what a waste of $18.80, I do not plan on ever going back there and I will trash them with every opportunity."

"The food is pretty good here and the girls answering the phone are usually pleasant. The bad part is the prices! They are 3 times the price of any pizzeria on Staten Island! There prices are more then most Italian restaurants. The prices are insane here and I would order more often if they weren't so ridiculous. Forget their catering menu unless you want to take a second mortgage out!!!"

"you can't rate a restaurant of how much they price themselves , that's just not a fair review, there are no hidden charges at Ciros. for us cheap folks there is Monday and Tuesdays where you can enjoy one of the best pies in nyc for 10 bucks. the pizza is outstanding, the only tastiest pie is right out of the oven and their cars are outfitted with ovens, so you can actually get a close to fresh pie right at your door. their food quality is top notch. a little pricey, worth every nickle"

"Terrible service. The kitchen is dirty and if you pass behind the building once restaurant is closed you can see rat infestation. Ate there once, before finding out of rat infestation, and was sick for an entire weekend. NEVER AGAIN!! Disgusting!!!"

"My family and I have been going to Ciro's for decades and truly we have never, ever been disappointed. No one makes a better pie--consistently made to perfection the way a pie should be made, and that is not a subjective opinion. Salads are always, cold, fresh, crisp, the dressing is light and you can tell that they use a fine quality olive oil. We've has almost every entree on the menu and everyone is always pleased. I have always found the place to be spotless including the kitchen and restrooms. The staff is great, attentive, friendly, polite n they remember us whenever we arrive. As for someone's comment about seeing rats behind the restaurant--bulletin alert-that is all of Staten Island including your yard. Check it out one night n guaranteed you will find some. We hope Ciro's never changes a thing. Their prices are very fair considering the freshness and quality of everything they make. Thank you!! Buona Appetito!"

"Five of five stars for reasons as follows 1 - Food selections are excellent in quality, especially their calzones andsicilian pizza. No dish is "bad". 2 - Any negatives are perhaps or probably written by the competition, or friends of the competition. "Eating is believing". 3 - To earn an "A" in NYC with any food business is no easy feat for any food establishment. The NYC DOHMH Health Dept. can't be bought on such critical Health matters, so that rating indicates that everything is also clean, as well as being nutritious. Again, "Eating is believing". Let your own taste buds decide ! Try also their eggplant parm hero, it is really excellent !!"
