"This place has excellent food and service and the owner and chef Christine was pleasantly nice and fantastic not to mention it is small but romantic and quaint place to eat or have a business meeting with great food and for the quality and taste of food especially in this neighborhood the prices are cheap. If you want a nice quiet and romantic night out with nice servers this family owned place is terrific option not only will it be a great night out but we need to support more of these small good quality restaurants on Staten Island and kill off those big boring chain restaurants that are popping up all over Staten Island and kill great little buisnesses like this one."

"Had a wonderful meal here. We started with the baked clams and the fried calamari. Friends had Caesar salad and french onion soup.. Four our entrees, included Pasta Christine and Tortellini Della Nonna. Everything was excellent. Baked clams were small but there were 8 of them. The fried calamari included the tentacles--yeah!! The past were cook to perfection.. For dessert,which is freshly made was tiramisu and creme brulee. They are awaiting their liquor license,so call to see if you can BYOB.. The chef is the owner and her children are part of the wait staff. There is a friendly,family feeling.. Definitely will go back.."

"We've dined here 3 times so far and will definitely continue doing so. From mozzarella en carozza to scungilli in a very hot red sauce over linguini, YUM! Chicken Marsala, mussels and more. They haven't received their liquor license as yet so you can BYOB. We don't mind that at all. Christine and all wait staff are very pleasant and accommodating. We wholeheartedly recommend and welcome Christine's to the neighborhood."

"Visited Christines, Friday Night for the first time Wow!The food was DELICIOUS!!! The fried calamari and the clams were to die for!! I even thoroughly enjoyed my salad!!! You can sense the chef Christinepays attention to detail. The service was awesome, they were friendly and very accommodating to all. I know Christine will be a place you'll want to go over and over. The place has a family atmosphere. I especially liked when she visited our table to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. She genuinely wanted to please each customer. That doesn't happen too often these days. I liked that personal touch. In any case, I look forward to visiting Chrsitines again very soon."

"Christine's is very nice inside but the food wasn't good at all. The Seafood was not freshvery chewy. The white wine sauce smelled horrible and tasted like water, even the bread was not fresh. The service was very slow you could tell the waiters have never worked in a restaurant before. We left with nothing but heartburn and stomachs aches and we will not be going back"

"My friends and I wanted to celebrate with friends at a new place and we chose Christine's. I was very disappointed to say the least....we had to wait over an hour to take our order....There was no chardonnay or merlot wine and my Chocolate Martini was very strong and the vodka must have been a cheaper brand otherwise there is no taste. The food was very generous but the taste was not. The clams smelled fishy and the chicken dish my friend ordered was grizzly. We were quite disappointed with the service and the food. Three of us out of five were sick when we went home and still today my stomach is unsettled. Not a great first experience with the restaurant."

"Unbelievable! ! Went to Christie's with a crowd of 16 people and had a ball. Totally relaxing without being rushed and the food was delicious. I had the stuffed pork chop and wife had she'll steak. Also you have to try their fried calimari appetizer combo. Service was great."

"Went to Christine's yesterday for lunch with a group of 16 ladies. It was fabulous. The waitress Christina was a joy, I had her moving tables like musical chairs and she was very accommodating. The food was great and our host Bob was even greater. Food, Soup in a bread bowl, dessert and drinks, superb. Will be back Bob, fair warning."

"Unfortunately Christine's seems to be closed for good, even though the sign on their site reads closed for renovations.... we loved this cozy boutique of a restaurant, it was the only place for a quite dinner in great kills, food top notch and price very affordable on a regular basis. We hope you do come back."
