"I have tried to many items from this restaurant that it just deserves a well rounded review. There is sometimes a longer than usual wait for picking up or delivery at times but it is well worth it. Everything that I have had from Richmond Republic has tasted excellent on point. The wings are large, crispy and delicious, one of the better wings on Staten Island. Steak Tacos on lettuce wraps is an excellent choice when you want some what of a lighter meal without the carbs. It is still plenty filling, comes with a side of a chimicchuri style sauce or something along those lines. Was not a big fan of the chicken tacos, it's some sort of pulled chicken, but you can ask for grilled chicken and it is a great option if you want chicken instead of steak. Steak Frites are excellent, comes with the truffle fries, wow, they are addicting, really tasty. Were worreid to try the chili cauliflower thinking it would be mushy, no it was deliciously crisp, taste freshly made. Republic Salad excellent choice as well and for the grand finale my last nights dinner was the New England Clam Bake. It's a little bit messy when it arrives and not a dish you should have at home, but with a little intuitive thinking, I poured the dish into a big pot, turned it up to heat up to boil just for a few seconds and poured into a large dish at home and it turned out to be such a delicious Clam Bake at the comfort of my home. I mean wow, I really thought this restaurant was more hype, it does have a nice environment, but the food has been exceptional all around, it's one of the better experience at at least a break option from the standard take outs we have here. Delivery is convenient as well."
