"I ordered a large escarole soup with 2 hero's and 2 dinner plates for delivery. When the food arrived the whole large soup container was emptied out in the bag it came in. I want a refund for that large soup. I tried calling but they do not allow phone orders."

"I love their chicken parmigiana sandwiches! They make them HUGE, you can feed two people off one sandwich. I'm not kidding! It's pricey, about $7 and change but if you split the sandwich between two people it's a real deal. Pizza is also really good and the owner is just super nice and friendly. They also opened a Louie's ice cream store next door which is not bad. BTW, pay cash if you have because they charge a small fee when you pay with a credit card."

"The Mama Rosaria is a pizzeria and restaurant offering Authentic Italian dishes and has a really relaxing and homely ambiance. It is open all days of the week and they offer free delivery services for orders of minimum $8 and accept all major credit cards which is really convenient. Some of the good food that was recommended to me by some of the patrons here and that I would recommend to anyone looking to try out this place for the first time include the Bruschetta appetizer which is made of grilled bread with tomato, onion garlic and basil. I would also recommend the Mama Rosaria special pizza made with peppers, mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni. I would also recommend the Italian style salad made of salami, provolone and olives served as a side of the clam sauce pasta which was awesome. The service by the waiters was fast and friendly and is something that I'm looking forward to again."

"Food is great... but and big BUT ... manager Juan is rude and doesn't care much for customers and customers service. I had order my food from grub hub at 814pm when an hour passed I called and the girl who picked up the phone was a sweet heart. The manager came in didn't let me speak and proceeded to saying they never got the order for me to call Grubhub and figure it out and hung up the phone leaving me with words in my mouth. I had a confirmation number and everything which mean they confirmed I did what I needed to do and the Grubhub rep reordered my food and spoke to the manager and again time pass I called. Juan Rude low life manager answer the phone tells me never came through no one called and that nothing was faxed over for me to figure it out or pay over the phone to get my order. At one point didn't want to talk to me and passed the phone to an employee who was nice and I felt bad for her cuz now I'm a pissed customer who's been waiting close to two hours for food and it's was to late at night to order else where. I had called Grubhub needles to say their system is down and where the getting most of the faxes of orders they confirmed. So instead of JUAN telling customers up front about having technical difficulties. He wanted to be a jerk. I use to love this place it was family oriented and use to be nice but having workers and managers like JUAN makes me never want to order or eat here again. Though the food is good but the way customer service is with this manager around, ISNT WORTH IT NOT ONE BIT. Owner Sal please make some changes if not you continue to loose business due to the management team you put in place."
