"The food is great. Fresh and tasty. The location is very convenient for me. BUT, I would rather travel across town than buy from this guy in the evenings. He has no priorities, I’ve waited 40 minutes in the past with only 1 or 2 people ahead of me. And they weren’t big orders. He would fill up 10 bottles of white sauce, before serving customers. Sometimes he could have 5-10 people on line, but instead of throwing some extra meat on the grill. He will one piece at a time for each individual order. The guys an idiot."

"Don't patronize food wagon across the street from Eltingville Transit Center. I went there on my meal break, the guy was eating and acted annoyed that I was there. He says wait till I finish eating meanwhile he has a full plate of food eating it slowly with no sense of urgency to take care of a customer...smh I left telling him you'll have no business if you keep treating customers like this. Lesson leared I wont be back."
