"I find the staff to be very rude and sulky. I ordered cupcakes for my daughter's class for Valentine's Day and the order was all wrong when I came to pick them up not to mention the decoratives I paid extra for were not there!!! They put cheap decor on them instead and still charged me the same. The last time while getting my hair done, I sent a friend to go grab us a couple of treats and when I got them, we noticed that every different kind of cake we had was MOLDED Uggggh never again... I sure miss Oven Bake"

"Once again stiffed by a restaurant that won't process an order until you call after an hour and a half wondering where your food is. When you call, they say the driver just left, which also was clearly a lie. Second time this happened to me this week on this site."
