On this visit, I decided to branch out from my usual choice of Twin Lobster tails, which are usually a highlight when they have the special. Instead, I opted for something new and was thrilled with my selections. The Poke Nachos were fantastic—just look at that picture! They were loaded with Tuna Poke, seaweed, and jalapeños, making for a dish that was bursting with flavor and texture. It’s a perfect blend of fresh ingredients and creativity.
Alongside the nachos, I tried the roasted vegetables with burrata, and wow, what a dish! The combination of vibrant roasted veggies paired with creamy burrata was a delightful surprise. Each bite was a celebration of seasonal ingredients that perfectly complemented the lighter fare.
While the Twin Lobster wasn't available this time, I couldn't resist ordering one. It was cooked to perfection, as always, showcasing the kitchen's skill in handling seafood.
