Called the restaurant, but the employee that answered did not care at all. When I proceeded to express my dissatisfaction, he became rude and obnoxious to the point I would be afraid to eat anything from them in case they wanted to retaliate against my complaining.
Called delivery.com for resolution, they tried for a whole week to contact a manager at Spot One but could not do such thing. They insult me lastly by giving me a delivery.com gift card for $13.50 when the total dispute amount should be about $28"
