"This cafe will close in few month . The chef has no idea how to make Uzbek cuisine . The salad " Tashkent " is a joke - few large pieces of redka and almost no meat and very litle fried onion. Shurpa is awful - tastes like rassolnik , they probably put pickles inside . Plov is no plov at all . Shashlik is very dry , uzbek shashlik should be tender and contain fat . The cook should be fired and new cook hired who knows how to make Uzbek dishes. No one will came the second time ."
