"The staff was incredibly rude and impatient. They openly discussed their distaste for serving customers in front of a long line of guest. The people who helped me with my order, not only did not listen to my request, but loudly shot back remarks when I had questions. The experience was stressful to say the least and overall uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to others and certainly do not plan on returning. This was the second time in the last six months that I was greeted with people who had no interest in helping their customers. They in general display a lack of care in how they speak to customers, how they prepare the food and how they react when asked simple questions. The food itself was pleasant, which is why it is such a shame that the customer service will prevent me from returning."

"While the food was decent the service was aweful. I was made to feel as if my order didn't matter and was rushed to make decisions on how I wanted my meal prepared. The person there to help was rude and stood there scowling. The only person to show a little respect for the customer was the manager. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant."

"It's a chain. It's Mexican fast food. Having said that, I've found the food to be acceptable. Their chips and queso with the works is tasty. I like that they serve the chips separately, so they don't get soggy. Currently they have a summer menu offering, a mango salad with grilled chicken which is delicious. The burritos are overstuffed and the rice they use is flavorful I believe its flavored with cilantro and lime. They have a rewards card that you can use to get free sodas, etc."

"Picked up a burrito and chips & queso, took it home, took a bite, threw it out. YUCK. Moe's is a million times better!!!"
