"Attended a Restaurant Crawl today and Pronto was listed as a participant. We went in and were told they were not participating and "no one called them". This was arranged by a local business association and very professional, even if they weren't informed they could have given samples of something for a low cost rather than ticking people off who stopped in there for nothing. Not a good business practice!"

"You would think for a franchise the Pizzeria wouldn't be as good as it is. But Pronto is extremely clean and always very well presented. Always a wide selection of pizza on display and everything is always fresh and tastes top notch."

"Pizza: is alright. Nothing special but not the worst
Heroes: Not filling, little to no meat. Looks like a happy meal
Wraps: Some of the wraps are decent
Pan Pies: The only thing worth getting
My girlfriend and I both got a stomach virus after eating one of the pan pies. This did not help our feelings towards Pronto. We have stopped ordering there for the past 3 months."

"Usually I like Pronto, but this time, it wasn't as good as it could be. I went on 11/26/11. Ordered online and picked it up. I ordered the 12" Mini Sicilian pizza, Small Caesar Salad, Garlic Knots, and Zeppoles.
Pizza: Not as good as it could've been. Tasted a little bland.
Salad: Soggy and a bit over dressed with a few bad leaves.
Zeppoles: Dried out sticks. NOT the ones I'm used to.
Garlic knots were pretty much the only perfect thing. I swear I'm not that picky with pizza!"

"For one I love the fact that you can order online and save 15 percent, but what I love better is the service, quality and food!! Always on-time, always delicious and always consistent, When i want good food, pronto is the place I order from."
