"The pizza is good, taste wise, but they tend to under-cook it and it's flimsy and greasy and unable to hold itself up when you fold a slice. Usually tastes better after re-heating it myself in my own oven. The delivery time is usually fast. The white english-speaking delivery boy used to deliver the pies right to my front door, but the new foreign guy with an accent who seems to barely speak English calls me to say "i delivery pizza, you come outside" and I have to walk to the car to get my pizza. This guy never gets a tip from me because of the sheer laziness. The other complaint I have is that I ordered a calzone once and there was no mozzarella in it, just a puffed up hard shell with maybe 2 tablespoons of ricotta. I called and complained and demanded they send me another one, made right, and once again, two tablespoons of ricotta and a few sprinkles of mozzarella. A calzone is made thick and heavy with lots of mozzarella and a little bit of ricotta plus the ham or sausage or whatever else fillings you choose."

"The other day my office ordered 2 pies. 1 was the Philly Cheese Steak Pie and the other was some sort of stuff pie with pepperoni, potatoes, yes potatoes, and some other stuff. "I am leaving this review for all Pronto Pizza locations on Staten Island. We have been ordering from them for years, maybe nearly 10 years. No matter which location, whether we are at my brothers house in Tottenville or my place in West Brighton, driving to New Dorp plaza and stop by the New Dorp location and even their main location or original location on Bay Street. First off their pizza is simply what a pizza should be, it is just perfect all around. Their ordering process is so simple it amazes me. But most importantly is it is constantly on time, Rain, Sleet, Hail or Snow, if you order from Pronto, it will be here in 20 - 25 minutes. I don't know how, but it never fails, no matter where we are, what we order, 25 minutes the food arrives. It is excellent food. So I can't write, it's fast like dominos and the quality is poor, at this place, the quality is top notch, the taste is excellent and the service is unbeatable."

"Having been ordering for years. Lately the calamari has not been the best. This last order decided to call and complain. After speaking with the manager, all he said was I'm sorry about that, and hung up on me. There are enough pizzeria's on the island, that I don't need to order from them again!!!"
