"I was a great customer spending a minimum of two hundred dollars a week...I became so weary of being mistreated by the teenagers that the owner leaves to run his business. The last straw was when because of a sesame seed allergy I asked if they could replace the top of the burger bun and put two bottoms...they said no it would waste a bun...so shocked, I asked them to check with management and they still said NO. SO THEY GAVE UP A FIFTY DOLLAR ORDER AND A GREAT CUSTOMER TO SAVE A BUN THAT PROBABLY COST TEN CENTS...REALLY! I am done !"

"Today I visited Primo's on my way home. My husband was working late so it was just me. So heat them up at home as me so I figured I would get a quick Chicken Roll and a slice for myself. So I stopped in and order them. I have come here over the years, but less and less frequently. I think over the years the quality of food has gone down and the service has gone down with it. But i wanted something quick so Im thinking how much can you screw up a Chicken Roll right? When I got home and bit into the roll, I almost threw up. It was sour. I called them up and they said that it was not possible as they were made last night right before closing. Well if you put them in the fridge late last night without cooling, guess what? they will be sour by the next day. The girl on the phone did not offer to send me a new one, nor did she ask me if I wanted to come pick up a fresh one. All she said was, Im sorry. ***? I just spent money on something that is sour and all you can say is I'm Sorry? Granted, it may be rare, but at least take care of your customer when you sell them something sour. That will be my last time I will visit Primo."
