"What a wonderful surprise! We have rated at the Palm Asian Dish a few times since they opened. Hubby said they served on of the BEST Dal dishes he's ever eaten. The buffet is wonderful, especially on weekends, when you get Dosa in addition to nan bread. The food always is moist"

"We've ordered from Palm several times now and the food has been excellent every time. The vegetable samosa was among the best I've ever had and the vada.fried lentil doughnuts were very good as well. Two appetizers that I've not seen on the menu of any other Indian restaurant on Staten Island are chicken 65, small pieces of chicken marinated and deep-fried and gobi Manchurian, cauliflower sauteed with garlic and ginger were both different and delicious. Goat, chicken, and vegetable biryanis were all fragrant and deliciously flavorful with satisfyingly large portions. Palm offers many different types of curry and the ones which we've tried already, kadai with lamb and jhalfrezi with goat I do love goat were both exceptional. The various Indian breads have been very good as well. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful on the phone, as well as in person, and delivery has been reasonably prompt, especially considering that everything is cooked fresh to order. Parking is available if you're eating in the restaurant. If you never had Indian food, try it here. If you like Indian food, you're going to love Palm."

"I never really ate Indian food much, but ever since I started eating at Palm Restaurant, I have become a HUGE fan. I have tried similar dishes in other places, having many Indian friends, but the food here is far and above the best, and when I recommend it to someone, or join them for dinner, they agree, and become die hard fans. Their chicken malai kebob is my favorite.. I dream about it when I'm away, and on arrival home my first stop is for an order to go. The husband and wife owners make one feel at home, are helpful in suggesting the right dish, and if you request 'not spicey' you got it...which to me is a big plus. I highly recommend this wonderful cozy place."
