"This is my 4th time ordering with them. The lunch specials are good in terms of variety and price. The food is good... some things are a bit too sour for my taste. However, there are quite a number of things that they need to work on. Packaging: They need help. I always end up getting entrees that are smashed up together in the box, and sauce leaks everywhere. Food prep: Do they cooks not wear hairnets or they're not aware if there are animals eating their food? This is the second time I found hairs in my entree, a wavy brown strand, and another long brown strand. The hair thing is getting ridiculous. I don't think anyone should be eating and in the middle of it all, pull out a strand of hair from their mouth. Service: They'll take your food order, but you need plates or just some grated cheese for delivery, yeaaaah, you'll never see it, ever. Delivery: Slow. They say 45 minutes, you'll get in an hour. Just pizza, they'll say 20, you'll get in an hour. So the next time you order from this place, think twice before ordering."

"Like the fact that it's convenient to me and they have special slices that are big enough for lunch but the service is inconsistent and the place at many times gets dirty, used napkins on tables, greasy spots on chairs. Take care of the place a little more and it just may well be perfect."

"So far It is great. The pricing is perfect, timing of delivery, Couldn't ask for better. I got my lunch delivered just as if it was just out of the oven. They are great I enjoy their meals and their company when I have the time to go there. It is a nice family friendly place. My delivery and meal was perfect. Guys keep up the great work, You have one loyal, happy and very satisfied customer."
