"Excellent Chinese Food, even though they just opened we tried a few dishes already and each one was just one Staten Island needed. I did not try the Dim sum yet, but will sometime soon and update this, but the dishes that we did have was the Sliced Beef with hot Pepper. The dish was fantastic, beef was cooked perfect light sauce delicious flavor and a lot of peppers including green and hot, perfect combination of a dish. This is not the local version of pepper steak, although they do have that on the menu, this dish was made with beef filet, it was really good. Also tried the Sauteed Silver Anchovy, while the Acnhovy did seem fried, it was an excellent dish, so flavorful, a lot of vegetables including string beans, chives. Sushi is excellent as well, Naruto roll comes with three types of fish wrapped in a cucumber, really good presentation, and great flavor as well."

"I wouldn't think a place could actually open on Staten Island serving real authentic Chinese food, dim sum, for decades we have wondered why we have to travel over bridge to get our fix. the food is spectacular, the fish tanks are clean, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is comfortable, easy parking, easy accessible from the Huguenot avenue. I hope they do succeed, also hope more authentic restaurants start opening especially on the south shore"

"Even the sushi was so fresh and tasty really probably one of the best sushi we had in a long time. Spicy tuna the best. Wish they had a bigger selection though hopefully they will add more rolls soon."

"Wife enjoyed the salmon, rest of the sushi was not the best. Everything i ordered is literally disgusting not eating it. The won ton soup has a peanut taste to it, spring rolls had shrimp in them was told there isnt shrimp in it, the pan fried noodles were rock hard. Only thing i ate was the salad i supplied my own dressing for. Hopefully they see this my order was #63 on 8/12/2018. On top of it all the delivery driver looked at me and didn’t say 2 words even after receiving a $5 tip Not even giving them a second chance"

"There is room for improvement and I wish I could leave 3.5 stars. Most of the dishes were good to very good, a few need improvement for our taste buds. They do have a lot of options not available on regular menus and some for a very good price. Dim sum was a hit or miss. The Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings are of course better in Joe's Shanghai, but this restaurant filled the craving, a little hard to get out to Mott Street for some dumplings when the need arises. Bean Curd dim sum dish was very good, braised vegetable dim sum, which was Chinese Choy Sum or something of that nature very good. Crystal dumplings, specifically pork and shrimp was ehh... Dim Sum Rice Noodle with Spare rib was fatty braised spare rib, someone may like it, wasn't for us. Sauteed Silver Anchovy was excellent, we ordered it just to try it and it was a favorite. Beef with Bitter Melon was a hit as well, great sauce, great beef and bitter melon cooked just right. Will keep trying other Dim Sum dishes and report back shortly."
