"Nanhai Noodle station is something new on Staten Island, a little restaurant similar to those found in the Chinatowns in Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan dedicated to serving various types of noodles along with other ingredients in broth. After trying it I can say that it is very good. The menu, though limited, has sufficient variety and the people working there are willing to accommodate special requests. After deciding which protein and other main ingredients to order, you choose one of eight types of noodles to be included with the broth. Each main choice includes a large number of different ingredients. I found these noodle dishes to be delicious, quite filling, and very satisfying. Beef noodle with shacha sauce and roast duck with noodles were both very good. The menu also lists what they call "Rice Ball". They are not really rice balls, but rice rolls, similar to a large sushi roll filled with flavored rice and other ingredients, wrapped with a thin sheet of seaweed. We tried the roast duck and the vegetable rice balls and both were very different, and also very good. The staff was very pleasant on the phone and delivery by a very cheerful driver was quite prompt. I will definitely be ordering from here again and would recommended it to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced and satisfying meal."
