"When I dined in the food and service was pretty good, I ordered take out for Valentine's Day very disappointed in the delivery and food, they delivered things I didn't order and they left out food I did order, had to have them come back and fix the order and the food wasn't as good as eating in, probably won't be eating their food again... Very disappointed!!!!!"

"I've been to various chineseasian restaurants around the island on a quest for truly delicious and authentic chinese food, and must say, the food varies, but overall it is just junk fast-food, and lacks any sort of passion. When I came across this place, I didn't expect much, but was blown away by the flavors and types of dishes they have. What was also telling is that many Chinese families come here themselves to eat, which says a lot about the quality of this place. Just about anything off their menu that I tried was unique and delicious... 1. The lions head meatballs were juicy, soft and well flavored. 2. Their wonton soup was original and has small, but delicious wontons in very thin and gentle dough. 3. The baked pork buns are airy, and delicious little gems of dim sum. 4. The boneless pork ribs were soft, juicy and full of flavor unlike the dry crap that often gets served. 5. Their servers are genuine, positive and caring. I never got the feeling that someone's being fake courteous just to be nice or earn a tip. 6. They are now starting to have themed nights e.g. live bands, electronic music night, comedy night, etc. 7. Their finally got they liquor license and make some great cocktails! 8. Everytime I come here, I always enjoy their food more than before... often, I don't feel like having Chinese food for a while after I've been to a restaurant, but I just keep wanting to come back to this place. Probably because their food has real flavor, passion, balance, and authenticity behind every meal. This place is also amazing with how they make various types of dim sum dough, from paper thin, nearly translucent, to puffy and marshmallow like, to literally special dumplings within soup INSIDE. This is one place I would recommend over any other chineseasian place on the Island!"

"We have been to various Chinese and Asian restaurants on Staten Island on a quest for truly delicious and authentic Chinese food, and must say, the food varies, but overall it is just junk fast-food, and lacks any sort of passion with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 places. When I came across this restaurant, I didn't expect much, but was blown away by the flavors and types of dishes they have. 3. The baked roast pork buns are airy, and delicious little gems of dim sum. 4. The boneless pork ribs were soft, juicy and full of flavor unlike the dry crap that often gets served elsewhere. 5. The Peking Duck was succulent, perfectly cooked and nicely cut for me to enjoy. They didn't cheap out on the quality of the meat. 6. Their servers are genuine, positive and caring. I never got the feeling that someone's being fake courteous just to be nice or earn a tip. 7. They are now starting to have themed nights e.g. live bands, electronic music night, comedy night, etc. Great idea and great use of a larger space, I wonder if they will have dancing there also in time They have Buddha-Bar type music playing at times, which is always nice. Will we finally have a place that plays beautiful music, apart from the "mainstream" songs we always hear on the radios and other places I hope so! Guys if you're reading this, a suggestion I'm a big Depeche Mode fan, would love to hear their songs added to your playlist, especially the electronic remixes. 8. They finally got they liquor license and make some great cocktails! Every time I come here, I always enjoy their food more than before... often, I don't feel like having Chinese food for a while after I've been to a restaurant, but I just keep wanting to come back to this place. They take customer feedback seriously, a sign of an open minded and passionate approach to running their business, I truly wish this place lots of success! Check them out!"

"I gave it 3 stars because the main dishes were decent. They do not have a liquor license so if you do go, bring your own. The wait staff was a little bit overly friendly, sitting down next to me to explain certain items on the menu and came over to us every few minutes interrupting us to see if there was anything we needed or just to have a conversation with us. If you do decide to go, do not order the steamed roast pork buns. They were very dry and tasteless. Also don't bother asking for 1/2 orders of anything because they'll give you a very hard time about it."

"Awesome place! Manager is very friendly. Service is EXCELLENT. Being in the restaurant industry, I can be hard to please. They far surpassed my expectations. Their food is made with fresh ingredients the flavor is ON POINT. At the price, you really can't beat it. Also, the atmosphere is great. I love the new look! Great job, Jade Asian. I will definitely be returning!"
