"Hey all, I wanted to share with you an incident that happened me in Cafe Hadar today... located on ave N. I ordered food with my co-workers at work today. When I called to order, I told the girl who answered the phone, that it is very very veryyy important for me that they won't forget to deliver anything from my order, cause every time I order from them, they forget to deliver some stuff, and then coming back with the delivery a half an hour later. The girl assured me that they won't forget anything this time, and she is on top of it. I also asked how long will it take to be delivered to my work place, and the answer was 30 min or even less. 45 minutes passed from the time that I ordered, and I decided to call and inquire about the food. They said that the delivery went out already and that it will be by me in 10 minutes. The food was delivered 1 hour and 15 minutes after I ordered. When I opened my delivery, I saw that they forgot to send some stuff that I ordered Again!. I called again, and said that I want a refund of my order, because they didn't deliver the whole order, and the food came 45 minuted late then what they promised. The answer was that they want give me a refund, and that the rest of the order will be by me in 10 minutes. Well.. as I thought the rest of the order came an hour later. When I call again to ask for a refund and to tell them they can take the rest of the order back, and that we are a big place that order from them a lot, and its a shame that we won't order from them anymore with such service, the manager owner got upset and said that "everything will come back on me", and hung up the phone on me.. I personally cannot understand how a known restaurant like #cafehadar have such service, and how the owner can behave this way to customers.. This was unaccepted."

"Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant ! Dumb waiters and very slow service no one knows what they are doing !! Cold coffee ! And nasty nasty people !"
