"2/13/24 My wife and I came in today at around 11 am, took a seat in a booth. We reviewed the menu, decided what we wanted, waited a few minutes for a staff member to come and take our food order. There was 2 ladies located behind the register and 1 man in the back. After 5 minutes we looked around to see if the staff saw us. One of the ladies by the register looked over at us, but did not come over. We waited another 10 minutes, Still no assistance or acknowledgment that we were waiting There was 2 other customers waiting for their takeout orders. No one came over. We got up and left, No one even said anything as we walked out"

"Place came recommended, I’m sorry I took the advise. Sat right away, waitress brought coffee then disappeared. Ordered food, it took 40 minutes to get the food that showed up cold, and not very tasty to boot. Will never go back"

"Long wait time for delivery but the food was very good. I ordered the chicken salad platter and it was delicious. Large portion that would easily feed two. Chicken salad was fresh and delicious. Large tender chunks in creamy and spicy dressing. Loved the homemade potato salad and cole slaw too. I also order the fried chicken basket. They bread the chicken with bread crumbs not flour or corn meal. It was good but when I order fried chicken I like it southern style so.... 4 Stars!"

"After an hour and 25 minutes I still didn't receive my order. It was dinner time and my kids were starving. The "manager" said delivery driver left wih my food over 25 minutes ago but she doesn't know where he is. How is that my problem After several calls and no idea if and when he was going to show up it was already 650pm at this point and they close at 7 I told them to forget it, I no longer wanted the food. I ended up having to run to burger king at 7pm. Absolutely ridiculous to take that long to deliver anything and managers response was pathetic. Never again!"

"There was a time where I stopped going to this place because I'd get sick every time I ate a particular item. SO, I decided to give them another chance. For about 2 years they were doing pretty OK. Once-in-a-while they'd mess up, but their food was good enough to make up for any errors. Unfortunately, things have gone way down hill. There is one particular lady who answers the phone does not speak English very well, nor does she "get" things when you try to ask a question or make a request. Don't even go there with the racist nonsense...she doesn't understand and it's quite frustrating. It's like the Chinese food places Just have someone who speaks the native language answering the phone. I don't who you are or what language you speak, but you have to be able to communicate with your customers. Anyhoo, during our last two orders they made serious errors--and those errors were due to communication problems. Needless to say, it's very extremely upsetting and frustrating--especially when you're hungryhangry I admit I'm a wack-o when I'm hungry. THEN, they totally destroyed my in-laws' order about 3 days before the writing of this review. They even called us to verify that BB was the place that had been messing up our orders, too. In the end, the review is truly as follows It's VERY hit or miss with both the service and the cooksfood. When you're trying to feed your family, it's best that you don't take chances. NOTE To be fair and honest, you must know that these were all delivery orders and not pick-up or in-house orders."

"Always drive by this place and thought it's a Bagel Shop, checked out the menu recently and finally placed an order today after many years. Okay, I got to say Wow! One of the best Omelettes, we had the Mexican - plenty of food and everything was fresh, all of the vegetables were cooked just right. The other was a Breakfast Philly steak wrap, who knew you could have Philly steak for breakfast? All was great, will soon try lunch as the menu seems to offer lots of items."

"The name may fool you, it is more than a Bagel Bistro, it's a diner the menu has gyros, full platters of food, it's a very good diner by the way, better than the island coffee shop."
