"Had lunch here yesterday. It was my first visit to Paco's, although my daughter has eaten here often. I can't tell you how delighted I was with the overall experience. My daughter had the Aguacate Relleno Con Pollo, which was very tasty. I ordered the Hurache Mexican Steak. It was outstanding! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the flavors of the dish were marvelous. The cocktails were perfectly executed, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The manager, Danny, made sure that everything was prepared to our satisfaction. They offer an enormous selection of hot sauces for those who are into really spicy dishes, and the music was divine! Can't wait to go back there. I plan to recommend this restaurant to all of my friends."

"Owner sat us right away, received chips from bus boy, no menus. Ten min later waiter asked if we were ready to order- " oh no menu, sorry" ordered food and margaritas. Ten more minutes another waitress came by and asked if we ordered drinks- "yes, about ten min ago, but we never got them" she replies " the bartender is backed up" so I asked for some water while we waited. Finally food and drink come. Food was just ok- but I wont be returning here. Asked us if we wanted sour cream and guac with our quesadillas shouldnt it come with it then charged us $2.00 and $1.00 for them! Wrapped up my good to-go and saw he didnt even package up the "extra" guac and sour cream I paid for!"

"Came here for lunch one day. Was pretty empty. That should have been a sign. Ordered a chicken burrito. The chicken was not fresh. It was re-heated and had that microwaved taste. The salsa tasted..... off. I would never go back."

"Food is mediocre...nothing to brag about! Food lacks flavor and they do not serve authentic Mexican food. Perfect example, the chips and salsa that they serve you prior to you ordering...the salsa is made with ketchup and chopped onions. That's it!! I have to say, chipotle or even moe's serve better Mexican food than this place!!! Don't waste your time coming here!!!"

"Excellent. The restaurant is very nicely organized. The bartender mixes amazing drinks. The hostess is attentive to the guests and wait staff could not be more on point. The quality and quantity are so above par that it is hard to decide which scores higher. Dont feel like eating out, no problem. The to-go menu is the same as in-house menu. Yummy, healthy and most importantly fresh, fresh, fresh!"

"I'm only giving this two stars because the food was edible, just a major disappointment. Everything on the menu lacks flavor. This place is a joke! The sign says "authentic mexican" but the menu and flavors say otherwise. the menu is just a bunch of different combinations of the same crap. If you like the Chinese run mexician joint on new dorp lane, you will like this place. Waitresses don't even know what beers they carry and food takes forever to arrive at the table. I was very exited to try this place thinking it would be along the lines of a Jose Tejas type menu or have some good tasting food like adobe blues but it was far from it. I will never return to this place."

"We have been there three times since it opened and loved the food. Service was prompt, no problem with the wait staff. Every table is served a basket of warm nachos and fresh salsa. Delicious! I have tried the cheese enchilada and the steak burrito. I was very satisfied with both and enjoyed them thoroughly!"

"I have to admit I rarely review restaurants but I felt inclined to do so after my last experience with this restaurant. I usually dine-in with my boyfriend and the food is always great and I very rarely have any qualms. I think the food is pretty tasty and on par with burrito bar and adobe blues--unlike what another reviewer said. I also feel like the food has gotten better over this past year so I'm guessing they are taking their feedback to heart which is great. I tried ordering food for delivery as it's right up the street from me and sometimes you just don't feel like eating out. I was pretty disappointed to find out that they had forgotten a few items from our order so my boyfriend called up to see if they could bring them to us. Not only were they super polite and apologetic, they sent us over a free dessert with an apology written on the top! I thought it was a simple and really nice gesture that went a long way in my book. If only all businesses could take the time to be good to their guests. I felt as if they went above and beyond to rectify their simple mistake. The food was hot and perfect when we received it and the person handling the phone was extremely courteous and thorough when taking my order. I only wish other businesses were run this way! Paco's will always have my business and even though I think they are a tad pricy, I will continue to order from them. I commend them on their excellent customer service!"
