"Our office orders for lunch. We ALL agree they have the best food. However-their delivery time stops us from ordering as often as we like. 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. Not realistic"

"Love, love, love this place!!! We don't get to order from here often because they are only open till 6 and we usually eat dinner later but make it a point to order earlier some days just so we can have La Pinela! We love everything from the food to the sweet lady who takes the orders. Its so nice to deal with someone who is always cheerful and accommodating while taking an order. The food is really fresh and homemade. I feel good ordering their food because its as close to MY homemade food as you can get with takeout. We've ordered from them several times but I wanted to wait to write a review and I am happy to report that they are very consistent with the quality and taste of their food. We have not been disappointed with a single thing we have ordered. The biggest surprise to me is how amazing their burgers are! Juicy and fresh! The best I have had in Staten Island so far! I also LOVE how fresh their salads are.. not like those pre-washed/bagged salads a lot of places use. Keep up the good work and I wish you many, many years of good business!"

"We were a party of eight for the Special Easter Dinner Menu. The 5 course menu had excellent choices to pick from. The lamb did not disappoint - it was perfection! The staff and service were superb and we are looking forward to going back again - perhaps Mothers Day. Such a warm and caring family and they show that it all that they do. Wish them much luck in their new home."
