"Just places an order online or so I thought so, when I get there I give my name after a few minutes another person comes to ask me my name again. They tell me I need to place an order before I come to pick it up, which I obviously did so I tell them I placed it online. The little guy behind the counter gives me an attitude about his fax machine being broke like I was supposed to know that, maybe if there was at least ONE American citizen working in the place it would have be easier to resolve this issue."

"This place is always empty. The roast beef is all bread and very black looking sauce. There store in brooklyn is sold because there so slow. Dont waste your money. Mybe in the 80s they were good- now nothing but mexicans and crazy kids working there."

"2 Bad Reviews in a row? Not-Trustworthy! John's Deli is a staple now to Staten Island and everyone that I bring here simply says "YUM" to the very last bite of the Roast Beef sandwich. The bread is toasted just right, meat is tender, balsamic and cheese just melts the sandwich perfectly. It's a New York style sandwich that is impossible not to love."
