"What happened to this place? The shelves are getting more bare. They are stocking less and less fresh products like produce and dairy items. The deli no longer looks appetizing. Not sure what is going on there. The prices seem to get higher and higher, selection is less and less and customer service, oh wait, what customer service? The girl behind the counter was doodling on some of the bred bags and I asked for bread and got her doodled bag that made the bread smell like magic marker. I rather drive the extra block and go to MET from now on."

"Changed owners again What happened to this place Where are the old owners the original Delfini family. It has since changed hands 3 times in a matter of 5 years. Prices are steep, customer service is not good at all. Register girls cant be bothered getting you a something a they are too busy texting. this place went down hill. I worked there 20 years ago. I wish they old owners were still here."

"I will not go in there anymore with the new owner. He walks around with a coat on and coffee in his hand watching like everyone is stealing from him. He wouldnt need the coat if he put the heat on, so ya freeze waiting for your deli order. He got rid of all the workers that were there over the years , who were friendly , helpful and a pleasure to deal with."
