After patronizing this restaurant for many years and the food having been good, after our experience this evening, we will NEVER dinie here again! The service is HORRIBLE! The Management and the owner have a nasty attitude and do not know how to handle customers! We had a 5pm reservation, which upon our arrival we were told that the reservation was made for 6pm, in addittion, we were not seated until 5:45pm and after the waiter spilling a hot tray of baked clams on my mother and no one apologizing, we were still waiting to be served our entrees at 7:45pm! The owner blamed us for having such a large party and told us pay for our appetizers and he will tell the chef not to cook the entrees! I would summize that business is BOOMING as they let a party of 24 WALK out because the SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I dined at Bella Mama Rose recently, and I wasn't totally pleased with the experience. I didn't get the "family atmosphere" feeling and I wasn't pleased with payment of the bill afterward. We had a coupon they said didn't apply, when there was plainly another coupon on the same sheet that did apply. It turned me off to this restaurant. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't fantastic either. I won't go back there again.

Yum, yum, yummy the food is INCREDIBLE. I have now eaten there several times. Each time I try a new dish & simply can't figure whcih one I liked the best. Scrumptious!!!! The staff was so courteous & the decor is that of a Manhattan restaurant. I give it a 5 STAR rating!!!!

The staff is very nice and attentive, and the decor is great, but the food is really just OK in my opinion. There are better places in Staten Island for sure.

What a beautiful place, the decor is amazing! The food was very disappointing though. The chicken was dry & the sauce gave me heartburn. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Although the waiter/waitress staff was truly AMAZING! Courteous & GREAT Service!!! Too bad the food wasn`t good :(

This is one of the best places I ate at in a really long time. food was great. Staff on top of their job and full of personality.
