"Apparently the menu on this isn't up to date, tried to call for the buy one get one half off and the pizzeria wouldnt honor it even though its still in their current menu. Their call girls are very nasty over the phone and still refuse. Okay food but horrendous service from their drivers and call girls"

"staff is rude and horrendous. Don't know how to take a proper order over the phone.
The girls in which they hire are clueless when you ask them specific questions.
And watch out since they cant do proper math so you may or may not be charged extra"

"Me and my daughters love to come to this pizzeria. We are welcomed and no one treats us nasty. The pizza is great...amazing. They're other dishes are great also. Go there you will not be disappointed."

"This pizzeria is the worst on Staten Island, the workers are very rude, and the pizza is horrible resembles cardboard. I would not recommend this pizzeria to anyone it's a waste of money and tastebuds."

"I find this place to be consistently great! We love the Gramma pie,and we always get the wraps ,I get the grilled chicken ceaser with a side salad ,and I can't tell you how well made and fresh it is every time!!! Iam very happy with Torino's??the guys work very hard and have to deal with a ruff crowd every day,give them a break what matters to me is they have alot of pride in there cooking!!! Excellent!!!"

"I'll tell you something their Italian Seafood dishes taste better and fresher than many Italian restaurants around the area. Seafood platter ask for white wine lemon butter sauce . unbeatable. the pizza is one of the best but everyone already knows that, I want to tell the world their kitchen dishes are just as good."

"Why are the wraps $9.25 when it says $8.25 on the menu and you pay extra for the salad and they charge you for the dressing for the salad so $24.00 for two wraps is a bit crazy,I love this place but don't like getting ripped off very disappointed."

"Horrible horrible horrible, customer service and management! We always liked this place until they messed up our order many many times and over charge us ,and charge for ketchup or mustard! Always forgetting stuff the girl on the phone sounds half asleep and out of it and messes up the orders, so er finally spoke to manager and he wouldn't do anything but offer us s free Snapple! Wtf! Never again they don't deserve good customers!! Horrible!!"
