"The food is good. The price is right. The delivery is prompt. But we consistently do not get what we order. For example over the past few weeks, we've gotten shrimp instead of the salmon we've ordered, white rice instead of brown, no rice at all, etc ., etc., etc. When we've called to tell them we have not received what we ordered, the response has been defensive and apathetic. Too bad. If they sent us what we ordered, I'd continue to do business with them but there are too many fish in the sea. Ha!"

"This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Order food from them, was told it would be a 45 minute wait for delivery. Over and hour and a half later I called and they still had not sent the order out for delivery and still had no idea as of when it would arrive. The manager then told me that it's not his problem and there's nothing he could do. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN."

I frequent this place often but never looked at their prices. When I realized I didn't have one of their menus handy, I looked em up online and found them on this web site. According to this on line menu, their sushi is $1.00 after 50% off and their hand rolls are $2.50.......however, when I called to place my order I was told that they would not honor that price and their prices are 2.00 and 4.00, respectively. I told them it was illegal not to honor their advertised price and they said they didn't care. I told them I would call the consumer protection agency and they told me to go ahead. So I did. Hopefully it will be rectified quickly."
