"I paid 4.50 for fries that were burnt with no taste. I have no idea why the service is changing but you should really evaluate your workers. For you end up losing business. I work in yhe area so I always go there. In person its good over the phone when I order I sense a weird energy with the cashiers, both male and yhe female. I just spent 18.50 and im just disappointed. The spanish guy with the strong accent who works there in the mornings, gives superb service. He always gets the order correct He is pleasant. He doesnt get frustrated with rhe specifics of my order. The other guy pretends he got it and the order always comes to me incorrect. Maybe your workers deserve a raise so they can handle things differently."

"Food delivery is fast, efficient and they do take care to wrap your beverages in plastic wrap to avoid spillage. I think them for that. You ll be surprised how many takeout places don t do that I will be ordering again"
