"The Real Madrid restaurant is restaurant serving good and authentic Spanish cuisine with a really relaxing, yet lively Mediterranean ambiance. Some of the good food here that some of the patrons recommended to me include the shrimp with green sauce made with parsley, onions, sherry and garlic. This is a really great tasting appetizer. The Galician Soup made from beef, pork and vegetables, is really thick, rich, nutritious and made really fresh and hot. The Salad Real Madrid is an original signature salad. The Veal Extremema entree was really filling and is made of veal slices with sausage, peppers and onions. A really good Tartuffo dessert is a good ending and the Cafe Tia Maria beverage is good if you prefer something hot. They have a service where they can host up to 120 people for parties, have ample parking ground available and accept major credit cards."

"I grew up at Real Madrid, every Sunday with my parents and grandparents. Now I come with my wife an kids, they love the shrimp ajillo and the chips. We always enjoy difrent things, never had a bad meal after all this years.
Hope will stay in buisness so I could bring my grandchildren.
They have the best sangria in Staten Island.
The waiters have been there for ever and are very friendly."

"OK, let's lose the preconcieved notions that dining at Real Madrid is like being transported instantly to Mallorca. It's pretty dumpy on the outside, on what Staten Islanders could consider the "rape-iest stretch of Forest Avenue." Between Pep Boys and Midas lies a little restaurant where you can totally get hammered on sangria and eat an assful of garlic shrimp. Their paella is authentic.
Here's what we usually do. We'll get an arroz con pollo and an order of camarones con ajillo. Then we'll dump them together to create this magical, soupy mess of delicious garlicky goodness. Mind you, all the while, we're consuming sangria faster than Whitney blasted crack rocks. too soon
It's good for dates. Don't bring your kids, it really ruins the drunken bathroom foreplay."

"We went to Real Madrid for New Years Eve dinner and we were extremely disappointed. The food was cold and tasteless. The seafood pailla smelled fishy. The margaritas came in a tiny glass and the white sangria tasted like a white wine spritzer. The decor is old and dated."

"Real Madrid has great lobster steamed or broiled at a great price. Probably the best deal for lobster in the entire New York metropolitan area. The sides that come with entrees are also great. The problem is that the one time I got steak instead of lobster, I was VERY disappointed. Stick with the lobster here and you will be very happy."

"Not happy at all with this restaurant. Average food. Small portions and unsatisfactory waiter service. Does NOT compare with the former Spain on Jewett Avenue."

"Ay, Dios Mío - NO lobster in the Paella marinara. They nickled-and-dimed on small items like charging for extra sauce when our meal was $200. And appetizer was tiny portion."
