"Went here with a group of about 20 people from work. We were planning to hang out for a while. Young waitress was attentive and the food was good. After a while another waitress, who seemed to be in charge, told us we had to get up and make room for new people. My friend asked for the check. It took at least 30 minutes to get it. In that time, our drinks were not replenished and new arrivals to our group were not allowed to order food. Then I noticed that there was some clear plastic thing in my drink. It turned out to be a spout from a liquor bottle. I called the waitress over and showed her. She brought it to another waitress and she brought it behind the bar. Instead of being apologetic, they were all laughing about it. Then the bartender found the bottle that was missing a spout and hoisted it above his head in victory. I think they were very cavalier about a customer who found a FOREIGN OBJECT in her drink. I would give zero stars if possible."

"Thrilled. Went today with family and had the best ever Shepards Pie and I'm an expert. All with me loved the food. The quality is way above average for tavern food. Even the wine was great. Kudos to the chef"

"Very home-style feeling atmosphere, great specials available on the board and even though I liked the food in some ways, the sauce that they use for marinara is not good at all.
I once had mussels, they were great, but the pasta needed lots of improvements with he sauce."

"Major disappointment. First time diner at this tavern on a Friday night for a burger and a beer. To start off, Corona beer was 'off'. Tasted bitter, like the bottle sat around for a couple of months before it was served. The burger was served on room temperature panini bread. The bread should have been toasted, or at least warm, and I couldn't taste the cheese in the cheeseburger. Now for the fries. Five of 'em. That's all that comes with this $9 burger. Five. It was as if the fries were a garnish rather than a part of the meal. To make things even worse, the fries were cold and limp. They too must have been sitting around for a while before being served. Maybe the restaurant was doing us a favor by serving so few of them. When we complained, the waitress returned with a whole plate of them. They were a little warmer, almost room temperature, but just as limp as the first serving. I can't comment on the taste because I didn't touch them. I guess the kitchen set the microwave a little higher for this batch. A tavern lives on its ability to serve good drinks and good bar food. This place doesn't seem to know how to do either. I won't be back."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Randall Manor Tavern. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Our burgers were delicious and the special potato pancake appetizer was excellent. I look forward to eating here again soon."
