"After waiting for over an hour for a large order we placed. I called and a woman answered. She said the delivery man came, couldn't get in, tried to call us, and no one answered. I informed her, that first of all, the bell works fine, and second of all, so does our cell phone and I don't see any recent numbers logged, meaning, no one called. Could it be he dialed the wrong number? She immediately snapped back, "no". I said how can you say that so quickly without checking his cell log for the number he claims he dialed? I gave her the number to verified and she agreed it's the number and insisted he called it. I said, "let's stop this 'he said', 'she said' nonsense", and please send my order immediately. She said that we would have to wait, because the delivery was already attempted. I asked this moron that I want to speak to the manager, because she insists on insinuating that I'm a liar. She said she is the manager. I can see now why the employees are slacking, because their inattentiveness and bad customer service is a reflection of this idiot. She must have banged this restaurant's owner to get her management position. If you want to order DINNER from 'Puerto Rico Restaurant' at 5616 5the Ave, in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, make sure you have LUNCH, at noon first, and be prepare for the long wait and a confrontational attitude from it's manager. If you call after a long wait about your order not being delivered. Also, have someone stationed outside your door like that British sentry with the red uniform and the tall black furry hat, standing stiff outside your door for hours on end, on the look out for the delivery guy."
