"The food and atmosphere at pipins is just perfect. It's a neighborhood bar and grill, prices are great especially for happy hour 12 to 6 even available on the weekends. Drinks priced right but the food is so tasty. We had the Pipins sandwich today a streak split in half and the portion is enough for two , most importantly it is one of the most tastiest sandwiches I had in a long time, the steak is just perfect. Very good spot. We will be back and can't wait for that"
