"Placed a takeout order via telephone from this establishment on the evening of 82813. One of the items ordered was what they termed a "pizza burger" on their online menu. I get a call @ my residence approx. 10 mins. later asking me what I want on it. I told the girl who called that the menu does not indicate what a "pizza burger" consists of, but I indicated that a burger wmozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce would be fine. I get the order delivered, I receive a hamburger bun, with a little bit of sauce on it and nothing else. Really I call this restaurant back, they don't even apologize, or make any attempt to rectify this situation, as in they are not bringing the correct order to my home, they are not even going to make another order for me to even pick up! End result My son gets no dinner tonight. I have always enjoyed their food. After this evening, rest assured they have definitely lost a customer. I will also be notifying all my familyfriends and 39,000 of my fellow Officers too, that the staff of this establishment just does not care when they make what is clearly a mistake with a customer's order. No one obviously double-checked this order before it was sent out for delivery. By the way, when I called back again to see if another order was being delivered, as I had been waiting for an hour, I get told to call back tomorrow and they'll just give me another meal. What type of staff is employed at this place anyway"

"honestly feel cheated out of money. ordered a burger, fries, and salad. came back after 1 hour and 20 minutes. patty was burned... small.. dry. french fries were chewy like bubble gum. i threw it away.. called them and told them the quality was awful. they offered to send me a free meal but i rejected because it'll take another hour and probably wont come out much better."

"I have eaten here many times and have not had a meal i didn't enjoy. the pizza with vodka sauce is delicious the pizza with chicken marsala is the BEST that i have ever eaten. The slices are huge!! The chicken marsala was covered with LARGE pieces of chicken on the entire slice with a tasty sauce . Absolutely delicious. I enjoyed their food so much that we catered twice from them. they are coridal, polite and gracious. They appreciate the business and treat customers with respect. This is the type of establishment i will continue to frequent. TRY IT you will truly enjoy"

"You can really taste the quality at this pizzeria, everything is always fresh and they actually stay open all their hours, unlike many pizzeria's that close an hour or 2 earlier than they are supposed to. Also service is immaculate, everything is delivered just right, hot, with the right utensils all the time. Savings that they have online are also unbeatable, $8 for a large pie that uses all the quality ingredients, grande cheese simply can't be matched by any other competitor in the area..."

"I had lunch at Paul's with my husband on Sunday and we already recommended the place to everyone we know! The food was delicious and the portions large. The service was more than excellent! The place is small but very nice decorated. From the menu we recommend the chicken and broccoli with a light cream sauce and the linguine bolognese: OUT OF THIS WORLD! Try it and you will love it too!"

"When they first opened they tried to impress w large portions & good service, now after being open a while... theySTINK! Horrible Service. Someone actually delivered our pizza to the door smoking a cigarette the second time after messing up the order ... Went to the pizzeria for another shot & Guess what... they messed up the order AGAIN! Went all the way home to find out what was in the bag was wrong... WILL NEVER GO BACK! Hopefully they changed owners again!"

It's not thin crust, the pizza & cheese is highest quality like stated in their ads. Will be becoming a regular, nothing else much good around this area anyways."
