"Lousy service. They advertise free delivery but when you call, they either won't take credit cards or tell you it will take 1 hour. An hour later they call you back and say they will have to charge $5.00 for delivery. Their menu says free delivery. Garbage. Get outta town please!!!"

"Papa's Chicken and Grill is a restaurant that has focused mainly on making really good meats. I like that they have promotional offers for example they give $2 off for purchases of $30 or more. Some of the good food that I like here is the fresh whiting fish salad, the 21 pieces shrimp basket and rice. The sweet potato pie is something really awesome and yummy, never had that kind of pie before. The red velvet cheese cake is scrumptious and new. The lamb shish kabab sandwich in pita with fries and soda is a filling meal. Most of the dishes here include soda and they are all very cheap it's unbelievable. I like that they accept major credit cards, they're open 7 days of the week, that their food is 100% Halal and they have catering available for parties. The service here is really fast and friendly and the attendants are all very informative, polite, courteous and always have a smile on their faces."

"Pricing was different than on menu. Ordered Diet soda because my friend is diabetic and was brought ginger ale. Called and asked them to change it since it is useless and his response was that the guy left and doesn't have any in his car. Terrible customer service would never order from this place again!"

"Waited ovet an hour to call restaurant back for delivery. was told they were backed up and that my order was in line to go, so my food was basically sitting there getting cold. ten minutes later get a call from driver--he has no clue where hes going. he it's given clear directions...get another call 20 minutes later and driver is still outside restaurant!! I call restaurant to cancel order--it has now been an hour and a half on a monday night!! I dont even get a single apology, just the excuse of a new delivery guy, as if I should wait an hour and half a half and pay for cold food because of this. not one apology...i signed up here and yelp for the sole purpose of writing this review. this place will never get my business"

"Papas gyros and fried chicken is really good, always freshly made.The service is good and professional. Crowded at times so if your in a hurry order and pick up your food. We never had a bad experience."
