"There food isnt the worst I have had but it does need alot of doctoring up and flavor to it. Secondly I ordered a cold deli sandwich and a small soup and it took 2 hours to deliver, and I kid you not it was literally 2 hours!!! Lastly I called an hour and a half into waiting for my delivery and the lady was very snobish and would even let me talk."

"food is great! staff is very helpful and kind. love all the imported italian specialties. they usally get very busy around lunch time so place your order early. awsome $6.95 lunch specials, where else can you get such a gourmet meal with a riceball or potato croquet, bread, and a drink for that price!"

"I have been ordered from them 2-3 times a week for lunch for my office. The lunch specials come with a rice ball or potato croquette. Friday we ordered 4 lunches. We got 2 with Rice ball and 2 with potato croquette. The rice balls were sour. The Croquettes were way too salty. Other then that the lunch portions are a bit small but the food is good. I called to complain about the rice balls and the croquettes just so they know to not serve them. Rather then saying we're sorry or something... I got... no one else complained about them. If you dont like them the next time you order we will take them off. Well now I refuse to order from them. What a way to show appreciation for your customers."
