"I will began by saying the Venue is Faboulous but that's about all. This Venue is ran by poor management. I went into the venue on Oct 1st, 2013 to drop a deposit for a hra holiday party. Nelson Beaz was the manager than he put together a contract which included price, premium open bar and 5 different wariety of appetizers. We than told him we were not happy with the menu item he explain it was a new Venue and the food menu would be expanded by the second week in november. On november 16th I was contacted by the new manager by phone stating we see you have a event planned but there is no contract or deposit put down which was false. She stating the manager i had left my deposit with and got the contract from was no longer with the company he resigned 2 weeks after accepting my $1900 deposit. To top it off they would not agree on the original price that was given they wanted to change everything from the time frame to the premium open bar. Let's see how long will it take to get my deposit back. Will i have to contact one of my job lawyers in drag them into court. Trying to get someone on the phone is like trying to pull out your own teeth. I will never do business with this establishment unless it's under better management i have you several venue's before and never had an experience. I feel sorry for my disappointed co-workers who were looking to have a great time and to think Mr. Baez had me promoting his venue for happy hour giving out business cards and flyers....SMDH"
