"ive never really had anything bad to say about Franco's presence at the restaurant. The food is average at best. no flavor. the wait staff is very rude as i requested something and the guy took 15 mins to get it to me... very nasty when he did because he heard me telling my daughter how lousy his service was. i do feel the prices are too high for the food. they should rethink the concept and offerings if they wish to charge upscale pricing... not really worth the time and money unless they have steak... that was the only decent meal I had there..."

"Nothing like when an owner is so cool he stares his customers down instead of smiling and appreciating them.Wont last long.prices are outrageous obviously to cover his rent.Food is average not worth the price.ran out of steak at 2pm and they are open at 11. There is a meat store in plaza.Thats customer satisfaction at its best"

"Service is below average, owners stand around by bar area and look around. Little to no interaction with there customers. To the owner who is the chef, stay in the kitchen and watch your help. Food has very little taste. Place is nice but you guys need alot of help if your gonna stick around. To much competition on the South Shore and there is no reason for me to go back for sub standard service and average food at best."

"$115.00 For 2 Pizza’s and 3 Pasta dishes. I think Stouffers Frozen Italian Dinners are better. Staff not friendly or nice. Pizza was suppose to Margarita. No Fresh Mozzarella. No Basil, No Red Sauce. How is that a Margarita? The food was lukewarm at best and as I said earlier the quality was below a bad pizzeria level."

"I wish i didnt have to give a star AT ALL terrible customer service and terrible "catering", if you want to call it that. Wings platter for $60 for 25 wings half the tray had celery and carrots no dipping sauce either and chicken came ICE COLD. Why would you make a platter in a plastic platter that isnt ready made my guests bit into ice cold chicken thinking it was done. Then the 3ft hero came stuck to the cardboard we were picking cardboard pieces off the bottom of our sandwich because the oil was seeping through. Also the 3 ft hero wasnt even cut we had to sloppily cut it ourselves. Lazy much ?! im mortified. I call and speak to the MAnager which mind you she wouldnt give me her name how professional, and she didnt want to give me any help at all. I will never go here and make sure my family and friends dont either which after tonight believe me no one is going there because we all saw it and heard it ourselves what terrible service they give and disgusting mannerisms to their paying customers. HORRIBLE."
