"Enjoyed a really well prepared steamed flounder I think cooked with Ginger and Garlic - very healthy barely any oil and very tasty. Another dish not too fond off was Sauteed Fish with Black Bean sauce.
Anyways overall great food if you order what you like."

"This place has gone downhill over the past few years. We were ordering from them two to three times a week!! When I recently had a problem, they had the audacity to question me. I was like, "Seriously"
Their chicken has become rubbery, their brown sauce is bland, their ribs SUCK, and their shrimp is also huge, rubbery, and are not cleaned properly.
Unfortunately, I had to go back to Oriental Plaza--which is also hit-or-miss especially with that angry sounding woman who answers the phone.
I'm giving two stars for Depreciation of food taste, presentation, and quality; and for questioning my honesty while pissing me off when hungry."

"If you grew up on Staten Island, chances are you went to dinner at least once at Crown Palace. They're not bad. It's "okay" chinese food. For dining it, it's pretty good. Decor is nice. But the food is just kinda, eh. Nothing to wow you with."

"The delivery is fast and the one time my wife and I ate here, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food is just OK. I wish it were better, because this is the closest Chinese to my house. The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 3 is because I haven`t really loved any of the Chinese food I`ve tried on Staten Island, so I`ve set the bar lower."

"I am very dissatisfied with the dine in business I order my food and the waiter who does not understand English who took my order ending up over charging me for more food then I wanted in my order then when I asked to speak with the owner the service girl in front lied to me n said that he was unavailable n refuse to refund or give me any kind of compensation only that she would talk with him!!!!!"
