Collados has, hands down, the best roasted chicken in the neighborhood from the many, many Spanish restaurants around. Never dried out or overcooked, always tender, juicy and just right. Their breakfast is really very good also. Nice staff, good atmosphere, particularly for the lunch crowd and good service - meaning, the crowd is always misxe."
