"We dine here once every week to two weeks. I tend to order from the specials. It includes an app, salad, dinner, and dessert for less then $20. The service is ok, depending on who you get, you may wait a while just to get drinks. Luckily, the bus boys are on top of everything and the owner is always there and is very friendly. The parking is annoying on the weekends, park next door at the library."

"Just love this place, its great to meet up with old friends and be able to hear each other speak, and while your at it enjoy absolutely fabulous meals. The Staff is just great, and Paul adds the Icing on the Cake! We will be back"

"we are a group of 8 retired teachers who meet monthly, at a variety of restaurants, for lunch. today, we unfortunately chose to eat at cafe del mondo. their idea of a prix fixe menu just includes soup or salad and an entree - every other establishment we have dined at that had a fixed lunch menu included at least the beverage too - ok, our fault for not checking thoroughly. the entrees arrived warm, not hot. one of our party had to return her dish because she couldn't cut it with her knife. when the elder of our group inquired about dessert the response she received was absolutely RUDE - "read the menu". service was poor - only one waiter in addition to what i assume was the manager. we all ordered coffee and not once did anyone come around to ask if we would like a refill. the gratuity that was added on exceded 20% of the bill, before tax. needless to say, we will NOT be coming back, nor will we be recommending this restaurant to anyone. if i could i would give this zero stars - the one star is for the garlic bread that was placed on the table."

"when with two other couples, we all didn't like the food and service, and on top of the disatafication, we saw a ROACH crawling up the wall. We brought it to the waiters attention, he handle it like it was no big deal,"

"My fiancé and I threw our engagement party here on August 5th 2016. And all we can say is...WHAT A DISASTER!!!! What was supposed to be a fun stress free night, turned into nothing but. The guy handling my party is named Mario, and he was nothing but rude, unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional. Firstly, they forgot to add champagne on my open bar, which we said from day 1. Somehow, nobody has recollection of this, except me and my fiancé, yet it was confirmed with us TWICE. We announced a toast, only to find out there was no champagne, and they argued with my fiancé about it IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR PARTY, RIGHT ON THE OPEN FLOOR!!! Safe to say, it embarrassed us immensely, and I wanted to end the party right there. Secondly, they put all my tables together wrong. All night I had family and friends coming up to me, saying their tables were full where do they sit. Third, they over charged us from the original balance we had left, made us pay BEFORE the party, and told me I agreed to an amount of people I didn't!! It seemed like all they wanted was my money, and didn't give, excuse my language, a real shit if we were happy or not. As long as they got paid. Called the original guy I dealt with Paul, and he was no help either. Apologizes, and telling me he'll see what he can do. YEAH RIGHT!!!!! He did NOTHING, just as expected. Take my word for it, and stay very far away from these people for a party. They're unprofessional, unreliable, and all they really care about is squeezing as much money out of you as they can, and calling it "protocol". I had several family members interested in doing a party here, and they are no longer interested. And for good reason."

"Awful awful awful, food was so bland, I'm sad about it because my family would gonoften and never had a problem...Even the staff were flustered. When I first sat down the silverware was dirty. I hope when they read the reviews they fix the problems. This visit was recent 4/1/2017."

"Went there for the for the first time. The place is nice but t h e food needs help. Had the dinner special , had mushrooms 3 small ones could they spare them a boring salad no onions or veggies blah! and a tasteless pasta dish. Dessert looked and tasted like last week's specials. I've eaten in diners that had better food. I am no food critic but this place can use better chefs and a better menu. I was told that you can't get in there on the weekend . I cannot believe that!"
