"Good Concept but horrible execution. High School lunch style cafeteria employees, the chewiest steak you will ever have more like beef jerky than an actual steak. I do like the unique menu and items they serve, but unfortunately the quality does not stand up to par. Be prepared if you order a steak salad, the salad will taste good and so will the dressing, but the steak itself is horrendous. This isn't the first time I ate here or even the other location, it's always the same and I continue to eat here in search of my health kick, but unfortunately it never stands it's ground and I think I finally came to the conclusion that we need to try something else. Sorry better, but unless your quality improves and your employees treat the dining area more serious, you have lost two good customers."

"The Bison burger was delicious. It tasted more quality than a beef burger. The meat was juicy but it lacked sauce. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and I finally got the experience. Special shout out to my ap world teacher Mr. Mahoney for giving extra credit for trying it!"
