"I was waiting for this restaurant to open for over a year, imagine a Pho restaurant in the neighborhood, was afraid that it would disappoint like the previous Pho restaurant we had not too far in Huguenot. The Pho soup was great, just a suggestion if you are taking it to go, get the broth into the bowl as soon as you get it home. I let it sit for half an hour, it wasn't as hot as it should be which would help combine the soup and noodles together, nonetheless it was very good, I would suggest to restaurant a little more protein, or at least add a button to the ordering screen to add extra protein like they have for the sandwiches. The duck breast vermicelli. Unfortunately we were not fans of the duck breast itself, the vermicelli noodles with the salad and the dressing it comes with was excellent, next time will try another meat and pretty sure it will be better than the duck. Also hopefully they would allow to order half salad half vermicelli to make the dish even lighter. The summer rolls were excellent, comes with peanut sauce which was very good. Suggestion to the restaurant is to add seafood to the pho options. Overall great option."

"The pho was fantastic, a few varieties of meat I think brisket and eye of round combined with various greens, bean sprouts, basil, lime. The broth excellent. Pork vermicelli was another great hit, plenty filling. The menu is small but all Vietnamese favorites are here. Both dishes had extra meat we paid $25 for entire meal for 2 and it was worth every penny."

"Tried this new Vietnamese restaurant for take out ordered a vermicelli salad with extra grilled pork extra veggies light on the noodles. Very satisfying meal filling yet healthy the pork is lean nothing seems oily about the dish very good option for dinner or lunch"

"This is just what Staten Island needs, an affordable lightweight go to among the dozens of pizza, Chinese and sushi places. Salads, vermicelli, pho is on the menu and the environment is cozy to eat, enough tables for a few groups the place is not large but they make it work really well. The food is outstanding, fresh ingredients, toasty tasty bread and a delicious pho."

"Restaurant is small but comfortable to dine in, the food is a great value, just the right portion with availability to get extra protein for any dish if your a little extra hungry. Everything is tasty, beef pho, grilled pork, summer rolls with the poached shrimp."
